When publishing to UNIX, you normally should not need to set any permissions. The AutoForm component is designed to do this for you. This section is provided, however, for those who want to manually verify or set UNIX permissions that relate to the AutoForm component.
The AutoForm component uploads the Forms-Handler.cgi file to the server in the ./assets/cgi-bin directory. The permission for Forms-Handler.cgi should be set to 705. Some installations may prefer a different permission, but 705 will work for most or all server installations.
The data directory (./assets/webdata) should be set to 703.
These permissions can be set via the UNIX chmod command. You normally would need to telnet to the UNIX server in order to run UNIX commands and set permissions.
