The DHTML “Move” action allows you to cause elements to change position on the browser screen in any CSS-enabled web browser (generally Netscape and IE 4.0 and above).  Move can be used in a number of ways, and I’ll address two of them here in this note:

• Move To
• Move By

Both actions require that the page that the action is on be set to “CSS and Layers” (in NOF 3.0) or “CSS-P and Layers” (in NOF 4.0).
