Form Tools First, letīs start with the tools you will be using to create your form:
Form Area Tool Located in the Standard Toolbar. Use this tool to draw an area on the page where you want the form to be placed. Once you have drawn the area, the Create Form dialog will appear and prompt you to select the type of form you wish to create.
Form Tools View Menu > Toolbars > Form Tools This toolbar contains the form elements that you can place on your form. Left to right: Forms Button, Checkbox, Radio Button, Edit Field, Multi-line, Combo.
Form Handler Component Located in the Components Toolbar This component will allow you to have the form data sent to an email address or written to a text file on your server.
