Setting up a New Folder's Location

To set up a new folder's location for the Image Bank:

1. Select the Manage Galleries… option from the Image Bank drop-down list.

The Images Galleries dialog appears.

1. Click the Add Folder button.

The Browse for Folder dialog appears.

2. Select the folder you want to access in the Image Bank panel.

3. Click the OK button.

The Images Galleries dialog displays the name of the folder that you have set and the folder's local path.

4. Click the Close button or repeat steps 2 through 4 to add more folders to the Images Galleries.

The Image Bank Panel displays the images from the selected folder.

5. Click the Refresh button to refresh the content of the selected folder.

6. To display images from another folder, click the drop-down button and select a new folder from the drop-down list.

A list with all the thumbnails of the images of the selected folder will be automatically displayed in the Preview area of the Image Bank panel.

Warning:If you change the location of any folder that you have already set up to access from the Image Bank, you cannot preview nor access the images unless you redefine the new location of that folder.
